For individuals that would like to work with ILM but lack the funds to become an owner, this program is for you. ILM offers a Field Agent position that allows individuals to work for an owner by promoting the owner’s website. The field agent will earn a 25% commission from every sale generated by their marketing efforts. The owner will pay this commission directly to the agent in a manner agreed upon between the two. This means that for every sale the Field Agent generates the agent will earn between $25 and $2,500.

There are many benefits to the Field Agent position including a chance to earn money without any initial investment and very in-depth on the job training. The field agent will have access to a special training center that will train you on numerous aspects of Internet marketing as well as basic sales training. Some topics include article marketing, blogging, video marketing, social media marketing, email advertising and what to say to prospects on the phone.

As a Field Agent you will be able to set your own hours and work as much or as little as you like. Most agents reinvest their earnings into becoming an ILM business owner, which means being able to have Field Agents working for YOU to help you promote your website. The Field Agent position is a win-win situation for the owner and the agent; the owner will get free traffic and sales and the agent can earn commissions without any initial investment.

Owners are responsible for helping their agents achieve success and they are only allowed to have as many Field Agents working for them as they can manage and train. Owners will be working one on one with their agents on a weekly basis. There is a point system involved with the Field Agent position as well that allows agents to work their way into a paid owner position. To earn a $250 Owner position in ILM, the agent must accrue 10 points and must have their sponsor submit the appropriate paperwork to ILM.

This system allows agents to work directly with the owner to develop a business plan. The owner will be responsible for identifying the agent’s talents and using them in the most appropriate way to generate sales. Owners should also be sure to give a wide enough variety of work so that the agent is able to learn how to market and drive traffic to their own sites once they become owners.

Once an agent has performed the requisite amount of work with their sponsor, the sponsor will submit to ILM a Progress Report and request that the agent be granted their ownership position. ILM will verify the information submitted and then allow the agent to have a $250 ownership position by only paying the annual admin fee, in other words by simply paying admin $100 they will receive a $250 ownership position. The agent will still be responsible for their 1up qualifier to their sponsor.
